One-way dual-speed flour blender
1、 Fix the position of this unit using the casters in the lower part.
2、Adjust the adjusting feet, so that this unit is stabilized during operation.
3、Set the blending time for the 1st and 2nd speed. The time of transition from the 1st to the 2nd speed shall be at least 120s.
4、Load the raw and auxiliary materials in the blending tank, and lay down the protective shield.
5、Connect the 3-phase power supply, and the power indicator will be illuminated.
6、Turn the “Manual-Auto Selector” and select the desired operating procedure. At Gear 1, this unit will run under manual control at the 1st speed only. At Gear 2, this unit will run under manual control at the 2nd speed only. If the automatic cycle gear is selected, this unit will transit from the 1st to the 2nd speed automatically, and run at the 2nd speed for the set time until automatic shutdown.
7、Press the Start key, the blending tank and rotating arm will run in the direction indicated by the arrow on the tank.
8、Thus, the dough will be ready when this unit stops operation. Then switch off the power supply.
9、  Pay special attention to the following during operation: (1) The operating load shall not exceed the specified capacity, or this unit might be damaged seriously. (2) Never put your hands in the blending cylinder during operation, as this is very dangerous; when any hazard might occur, cut off the power supply immediately and then press the Stop or Emergency Stop key. (3) All operations, cleaning and repair work must be done with the power supply switched off. Never adjust or operate this unit during operation.
10、After everyday operation, be sure to clean the tank with water without wetting the electric section (otherwise there might be short circuit) and check the safety device briefly. Tighten the conveyor belt every 2 months to guarantee the pulling strength of this unit.
